• Evaluation or diagnosis detailing the conditions that have impeded progress in the use of the communications infrastructure of companies in the electricity sector in the area of commercial communications.
• Specific identification of the barriers encountered and detailed recommendations or suggested courses of action to promote the effective integration of the communications infrastructure of the electricity sector into the national communications plan.
