Advise on the obligations and conditions of gas supply that thermal plants that use this fuel must comply with before the Colombian Electricity System - SIN-, when they have Firm Energy Obligations - OEF- or aspire to be awarded these in the processes of allocation of the reliability charge, as well as the treatment of losses or merchandise of imported natural gas.
