Propose the parameters of installed capacity, dispersion in urban and rural areas, and sustainability mechanisms associated with energy communities as established in the National Development Plan 2022-2026 "Colombia, a world power for life".

• To gather background and information related to the definition of what would be the energy communities, and to carry out the corresponding environmental analysis taking as a reference the definition of limits proposed by UPME in areas such as self-generation. 
• Conduct interviews with key stakeholders related to the environment of the energy communities. 
• Formulate the proposal(s) for the parameters of installed capacity and dispersion in urban and rural areas. 
• Formulate proposal(s) for sustainability mechanisms for rural and urban areas, future trends and associated policy and regulatory considerations.
