Provide consulting services for the identification of at least 5 business models with their corresponding roadmaps for their implementation in three areas of applicability (i) large cities, ii) intermediate cities and iii) national roads) that consider the technical, legal, financial, environmental and market analysis for the development of the network of public charging stations nationwide and the structuring of two models as pilot projects in an intermediate city and a national road.

- Diagnosis of infrastructure business models and public freight service provision at national and international level, incorporating technical, institutional, legal, financial, socio-environmental and market analyses, considering the scale of the models applied.

- Analyze the viability and applicability of the referenced models for the Colombian context at the level of i) large cities ii) intermediate cities and iii) national roads.3

- Select, based on the results of the feasibility and applicability analysis, a referenced model for each level and develop the roadmap for the implementation and deployment of the infrastructure at the national level.

- Structuring two business model pilot projects at two levels of applicability: an intermediate city and a national road corridor.

- Socialize the results obtained in the development of the study against the roadmaps and the results of the structuring of the pilots.

- Design a booklet with the roadmap proposed in phase 2 for the implementation of the different business models.
